Scheduling: Your contractor depends on the timely delivery of kitchen equipment. Our project managers work backwards from required delivery dates to shipments from manufacturers either directly to your site or to an intermediate staging warehouse.

Expediting: Schedule changes create timing issues that can easily escalate into emergencies. When this happens, our project managers are called upon to make the impossible, possible. They work with their supplier and shipping contacts to call in favors. They sometimes even get manufactures to work 2nd or 3rd shifts to get the product made more quickly.

Site Readiness: Equipment delivery is site-dependent. Sometimes equipment must be moved into place before final construction of walls. In other cases, equipment or furniture is needed only after finish work has been done. Our project managers are in constant contact with your general contractor, making sure that deliveries are done right.

Warehousing: When the site is under construction, it is not feasible to drop-ship equipment directly from the manufacturer because of space considerations and possible damage. In these cases, we stage equipment at a local warehouse, where we can deliver all or part of the order on demand.

Logistics is not for the faint of heart. Paperwork piles up. Schedules are in constant flux. Last minute changes are made. You can rest easy when our project managers are handling your logistics.
